      In 1991, a former Project Manager of BHP Lysaght led his small team to establish Buildtrade Construction Services Ltd for providing the full package services of the Lysaght Products including the design , supply and install of the Lysaght Products. Since, Lysaght is a well known brand name and market leader of the metal profiled sheets in world but Lysaght just supply materials only.

 

Therefore, Buildtrade has been an Authorized Distributor of Lysaght Products in Metal Roofing and Structural Steel decking in HK & Macau from 25 years ago.

 

Besides of the Lysaght Products, Buildtrade is also a pioneer to introduce advance roofing system – Double Locked Standing Seam roofing system by using the Copper, Titanium Zinc (natural materials) for some of the iconic projects such as the Dome Roof (Copper) at Laguna Verde, the Fancy Roof (Titanium Zinc) of Kennedy Town Swimming Pool.

 

In addition, Buildtrade also provides aluminium profiled sheets for the MTRC Contract 1111 Hung Hom Approaching Tunnel and some projects also.

 

On the other hand, Buildtrade has been working with the engineers for decking projects by using Bondek II in composite slab design in many steel structural steel projects. Over 80 % of the high rise building and casino had been using Bondek II as the composite slab such as ICC, Government Headquarter , Wynn resort, Grand Lisboa & City of Dreams ,etc.  Buildtrade provides competitive technical support for BD submission, shop drawings and updating the FRP reports from time to time.
